Facts:

1. Buyers can use any lender they choose. Agents may not insist that buyers work with 'their' lenders. 

2. Pre 'qualified' is  NOT pre approval. These lenders follow a strict protocol of verification to make sure that your pre approval is accurate, and you are ready to move forward with your home search, within your price rage. 

3.Not all lenders advertising in Washington State are certified. It is important to know that your lender is able to write loans in Washington, specifically for Down Payment Assistance Programs. Many large chains are not. I've experienced first hand how things can fall apart using the 'fastest' method. Fast does not always equal accurate. However, these lenders are on the ball, and ready to help you get what you need. I know I can count on them to get us the documentation we need to negotiate your sale  when we need them!
